The Queen has returned to her in-person royal duties.

Queen Elizabeth stepped out on October 15th for her first in-person public engagement

since the Coronavirus lockdown  went into effect back in March. 

She joined her grandson Prince William to visit the Defense Science and Technology Laboratory

at Porton Down Science Park in England.

They took in a demonstration of forensic explosives investigation and met counter-terrorism,

and security staffers, according to the royal family's twitter.

They also had the chance to chat with military members involved in the Novichok incident with William

presenting the Firmin Sword of Peace to representatives of the 102 logistic brigade per the palace.
