【第三十六期】What's important when working in a team

When working in a team, a few things are important and should be considered carefully.

Common goal is without doubt the most essential factor since only by having the same goal can team members work hard together to achieve their objective. If team members don’t have the same goal and work on their own, the team won’t be able to finish their tasks well. Teamwork is more powerful than personal efforts.

Mutual trust, on the other hand, is also important because if team members don’t trust each other and don’t share valuable information in the team, other members may not be kept updated and the project may not be finished as planned. Members should be able to trust and help each other, only by doing so can they reach their common goal.

So that’s why I think these two factors are both important.
