The ability to absorb failure

Nobody makes you wealthy,because you're okay at something. The world does not reward mediocrity, nordoes it reward average. It only rewards exceptional.

如果你的水平仅仅是过得去，没有人能让你富裕。平庸之辈得不到世界的青睐，他们无法得到回报。这个世界总是对出色的人更友好。

So you got to find thatone thing that you're good at, and you got to become great at it.

所以，你必须找到你的长处，并且要能做到最好。

Because if you focus whatyou're not good at and try to become good at it, you're gonna run into somebodywho is gonna clean your clock at it.

因为，如果你专注于做你不擅长的事情，还要努力去让自己做得好，那么，你终将会遇到让你全盘皆输的人。
