I've never seen such bosses like this episode in reality. Can't understand bosses like this. Is the work efficiency the most important in company？ Working bullying doesn't make any sence! I mean, 现代企业效率致上，文中列举的做法只会：浪费公司资源，降低工作效率，影响公司团结，带来法律问题，所以我说不合常理啊！

I was be bullied by a manager once. But I don't think it was a kind of bullying in the episode. I knew he had nothing against me, nor he was a tough boss. I wanna say he was so opinionated and stingy and arrogant and bad tempered but knew nothing about management. He always drove us crazy.

Such a nice psychological short lecture, thanks a lot for share all those cases, It remind me that I suffered for occupational pickup art and bully during 2012-2014. By retaliate, I destroyed the information system of the company upon leave.
