When you feel like quitting

Some of you are in the darkest of darkest valleys. 

你们有些人正处在人生低谷。

I don't know what you're going through, but I know what you need. Hope. 

我不知道你正在经历什么，但是我知道你需要什么，那就是，希望。

And I want you to know that beautiful things can come from your broken pieces, when you give your broken pieces a chance. 

我想让你知道，就算你很崩溃，也会有好事发生，只要你愿意给自己一个机会。

It is okay to be scared. It is okay to cry. But giving up is not. 

你感到害怕？这不要紧。你哭了？这不要紧。但是，要是你就此放弃，这就行不通了。

I just want you to know that it's not the end. It matters how you're gonna finish. 

我想让你知道，路还没走到尽头。你如何应对一切，这才是最重要的。
