Number one. People who are consistently angry, bitter, spiteful or resentful.

Common sense will tell you that if you want to live a happy life, it would be best to avoid those who are almost always angry, bitter, and complaining about others. 

常识会告诉你,如果你想活得快乐,最好少跟这种人打交道,他们总在生气,总是愤世嫉俗,总在埋怨他人。


But how often do we just accept this behavior from our friends, family, and partners who have been in our life for a long time?

然而,我们的朋友、家人、伴侣们,这些已经出现在我们人生中很久的人,他们有没有这样的行为?


If this kind of energy feels way off for you and you've tried communicating it with no change, maybe it's time to limit or end your time around these people, and instead surround yourself with those who are consistently positive, optimistic, and have a generally positive outlook on everything. 

他们带来的这种能量很糟糕,你尝试与他们沟通,但是没起作用,所以是时候减少和他们相处的时间了,或者完全不要和他们相处。你要让自己和那些积极向上的、乐观的、总是往好的方向看的人相处。
