‘Remove Old Bicyclesfrom Campus Racks’

Firstly, she thinks it’s safeto remove the old and rusty bicycles, some of which are even missing parts. Justto be sure, they can also attach notes to the bicycles to give the owners timeto claim them before the removal. On the other hand, due to these unusedbicycles, it’s really hard to find a space to park in front of busy places suchas the dining hall, so students have to park at another building and then walkall the way, it’s really inconvenient.
