The courage to continue

Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts. If you must fall, fall forward. Because when you fall forward, you keep going.

成功不是终点，失败也不会致命，坚持下去的勇气才是最重要的。就算跌倒，也要倒向前方。因为，如果这样做，你就会保持前进。

No smooth sea ever made a skilled sailor. So when those stormy days come, and mind you they will come, don't go about feeling overwhelmed, or sorry for yourself. Always keep yourself going. Keep challenging yourself.

风平浪静的海面，培养不出优秀的水手。所以，当暴风雨来临时，顺便提醒你一下，暴风雨是会出现的，不要手足无措，不要对自己感到悲哀。一直要让自己保持前进，不断挑战自己。
