"Winter has really been around." I told myself on the motorbike on the way for work, hands frozen and body huddled up. The wind and the raindrops made no mercy andcontinued beating me from head to foot. This reminded me of my friend'sexpectation:"I wish it is a warmer winter..." 

“冬天真的来了。”骑着小电驴上班的路上，我对自己说，此刻手已冻僵，身体瑟瑟发抖。风不停，雨不住，无情地拍打，从头到脚，突然想到朋友的愿望：“多希望是个暖冬啊……”

Warmer. Why is it the comparative degree here? She is just looking forward to something surprising happening to bring her surprise and happiness. What something? Asyou wish. Or will wish come true? For me, it is a different winter. It's notonly because I have escaped from tropical area to here the temperate zone, butalso because I feel tired and still perplexed. 

暖冬。为什么要用比较级？她在期待什么惊喜降临，带给她快乐吧？什么惊喜呢？如你所愿罢。真的能遂愿吗？对我而言，这个冬天有些不同。不仅因为我从热带逃离到了温带，更因为我疲倦而复杂的心情。

I'm not pessimistic, NO! But I still can't understand why the former magnificent beautiful dreams about efforts and happiness have become tiny and unrealistic. Been in the group of social mass for more than 20 years, I am now preferring tobeing an innocent kid to act cute. At least I can get candies anytime I ask for--I had got Mom and Dad to turn to. At least I can pull the girl's hand in queue--shewould not feel anything odd and also smile to me like an angel. At least I cantry my best to make mistakes--I could been gently taught by teachers and grewup naturally. At least I can play around anywhere for children's fun--Nobodycould take control of me before supper... 

我并不是个悲观主义者，绝对不是！但我不明白为什么先前关于努力和幸福的美梦渐行渐远。人生在世20多年，似乎更怀念当个孩子，天真无邪。那样至少我可以随时有糖吃——爸爸妈妈都在呢。至少我可以和女孩儿手牵着手，不觉任何尴尬，还能见到天使般的笑脸。至少我可以努力的——犯错，然后在老师的循循善诱中成长进步。至少我可以无忧无虑地玩耍，谁也不能阻止我，直到妈妈喊我回家吃饭……

I just wish it is a warmer winter, too.

我也期待，一个暖冬。
