You only have one shot

If you had one shot, or one opportunity, to seize everything you ever wanted, in one moment. Would you capture it, or just let it slip?

因为，他们害怕，他们不敢冒险。他们，就像你一样，很害怕。但是，你要知道，你，还活着！

It is not the things we do in life that we regret on our deathbed. It is the things we do not. 
离开这个世界之前，让我们感到后悔的，不是我们做过的事，而是我们没有做过的事。

I do not regret when I step up and I fail. What I regret is not taking action at all.
