Colors may hinder good sleeps

Grey is one of the colors that you should blacklist when thinking of re-painting your bedroom, according to a sleep expert at mattress company Sealy. 
西利床垫公司的一位睡眠专家近日表示，在考虑重新粉刷卧室时，灰色是应该列入黑名单的颜色之一。

However, blue could actually promote sleep because it sends calming messages to the brain. And while you might sleep in the dark, creeping light from streetlamps, and clutter from an untidy room could all add up to a night of insomnia.

Pennsylvania's most famous groundhog on Sunday was hoisted into the air by a member of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club Inner Circle who declared: "Spring will be early, it's a certainty."

At sunrise on Groundhog Day, Phil's prediction was revealed, according to the Pennsylvania Tourism Office. Awoken by the crowd's chants of "Phil!" the groundhog was hoisted in the air for the assembly to hail before making his decision.

The annual event has its origin in a German legend that says if a furry rodent casts a shadow on Feb 2, winter continues. If not, spring comes early. Nowadays, to work remotely all you need is a computer and an internet connection. According to a new study, employees who can work from anywhere are generally happier than those who work onsite in an office.

Video conferencing company Owl Labs surveyed 1202 full-time US workers from the ages of 22 to 65, and discovered that 62% of respondents worked remotely at least some of the time and 38% worked onsite.

Of the remote workers, 49% worked remotely full-time. 71% of workers who do get to work remotely said their job makes them happy, compared with 55% of office-only workers. The reasons respondents said they prefer to work remotely were better work-life balance (91%), increased productivity/better focus (79%), less stress (78%), and to avoid a commute (78%).
