Hi, im Evelyn!你好呀，我是小田园。真的是好久不见啊哈哈，不过不论如何，在经历了期末考试和旅行之后我最终还是回来啦！！所以今天我来讲讲有关energy能量的小知识。

Did you ever think about, why do we get tired? It is an interesting question. If you want to find out the answer,we need to dig deeper, start from the ‘enery’.

So first,what is energy? Energy makes things happen--nothing in the universe would work with out energy,but you can see what it does to things around you. Because of energy, cars move and the airplanes fly, lamps give out light, drums make music and fires give off heat.

Lots of things give out energy in many different forms too. Here are some examples.

Fire is makes heat energy, playing drum makes sound energy, food is chemical energy, torch makes light energy.

Now you know what is energy, let’s get back to the question, why do we get tired? We can change this question to, Why do i run out of energy. It is because you use it! Walking running and jumping all need energy. Without it you wouldn’t be able to talk, write, read or even sleep! Energy is stored inside your body and comes from your food. That’s why you get hungry - your body is telling you to put back some of the energy you’ve used!
