Success is closer than you think

Every body wants success. Some people aim for it, others just talk about it. We all know what it looks like... when someone else has it. Often times it just seems like something too far out of reach.
每个人都想获得成功。有的人以此为目标，而有的人则多言寡行。当别人获得成功时，我们都知道什么是成功。在很多时候，成功看起来似乎遥不可及。

The truth is... success is closer than you think. It's just on the other side... you have to want it enough, and be willing enough to get it.
而事实上，成功比你想象的要容易得多。成功只不过就在对面，你必须对成功充满渴望，必须心甘情愿去获取它。

Fear is your biggest obstacle — fear of failure, fear of the judgment of others; fear of actually succeeding. It will trip you up every time. It will cause you to make decisions that may seem "right" at the time, but they're preventing you from actually getting over that wall.
恐惧是最大的障碍一对失败的恐惧，对他人评价的恐惧，对真正获得成功的恐惧。恐惧时时会把你绊倒，它会使你做出那些在当时看似“正确”的决定，而这些决定却会妨碍你真正去克服那些困难。
