马云英文演讲：年轻就是资本不要怕失败

25 years old. Don't worry! Any mistake is income, it`s a wonderful revenue for you. So I told myself, I told my young people.
25岁，别担心！任何错误都会有所得，对你来说都是不错的收益。

Before 20 years old, be a good student. We do entrepreneur just learn some experience. before 30 years old. Follow somebody, go to a small company. 
20岁以前，做个好学生，创业的时候积累一些经验。30岁以前，跟别人去一个小公司。

Normally a big company is good to learn processing. You're a part of a big machine. But when we go to small company, you learned  passion, you learned dreams. 
通常在大公司适合学习过程。你就是机器的一个小零件。当我们去一个小公司的时候，你可以学习到激情和梦想。

You learn how to do a lot of things when one time. So before 30 years old, it's not which company you go. It's which boss you follow is very important and good boss teach you differently. 
你学习如何在一段时间内做更多的事情。因此，30岁以前，不是你去哪家公司，而是你跟随哪个老板很重要并且好的老板交给你的也不一样。

And before foot from 30 to 40 years old, you have to think very clearly. Were you working for yourself? If you really wanna be entrepreneur.
30岁到40岁之间，你要想清楚，你是要为自己工作？你是否想成为企业家。

when you're 40 to 50 years old, you have to do all the things that you're good at. Don't try to drop into the new area. It's too late. You may be successful, but the rate of dying is too big. So 40 to 50. Think about how can focus on things that you're good at. 
当你在40到50岁的时候，你必须做你擅长的事情。不要尝试进入新的领域。太晚了。你可能会成功，但创业失败的速度太快了。所以40到50岁。想想如何能集中精力做你擅长的事情。

But when you're 50 to 60 years old, work for the young people. Because young people can do better than you.
但是当你50到60岁的时候，为年轻人工作。因为年轻人可以比你做得更好。

So rely on them, invest on them, making sure they're good. So when you're over 60 years old, spend time for yourself ,on the beach. Sunshine is to wait for the change normally. 
所以要依靠他们，投资他们，确保他们是优秀的。当你超过60岁时，给自己花点时间，正常情况是躺在沙滩上晒太阳。

But  this is my advice to the young people, 25 years old, make enough mistakes. Don't worry, you fall, you stand up!
这是我给年轻人的建议，25岁，尽可能多的去尝试，犯错误。不要怕，跌倒了，大不了再爬起来！
