You enjoy the journey.

Success takes time, and you may findyourself working toward it, with little or no gain for a long while. It canfeel very exhausting at times, but you always find a way to make the best outof it.

成功需要时间，你可能发现，自己努力了很久，都没有任何收获。有时候，这是很令人心累的，但是你总是能找到办法，充分利用现有条件。

For example, if the hard work starts tobecome boring or frustrating, you might listen to some music or grab a cup ofcoffee to keep you going. You get happiness out of knowing that you're doingwhat you can to reach your goals, and if you keep it up, you are going tobecome successful.

比如，如果努力的过程变得很无聊，或者很令人沮丧之时，你可能会听听音乐，或者喝杯咖啡，这样你就能继续下去。你知道，自己正在为了实现目标而付出所有努力，并且如果你能坚持，你就会成功，这让你感到快乐。

You do more than you talk.

你少说多做。

You're more of a listener than a talker,because that way you learn more. For you personally, it's more important tospend the majority of your time working toward obtaining your goals, instead ofmerely talking about them. By spending more time on your grind, you know thatsuccess is on the way.

你更愿意倾听，而不是夸夸其谈，因为这样你能学到更多。你认为，很重要的一点就是，你的大部分时间，应该放在努力实现目标上，而不是空谈自己的目标。通过付出更多的时间去努力，你知道，成功就在不远处。

You are open minded.

It's important to recognize that we allhave our own opinions, but it's up to you to decide whether or not you'rewilling to accept the opinions of others. You will always come acrossindividuals who have different views from your own, and it's important not tojudge them for it.

每个人都有自己的想法，但是，你是否愿意接受别人的想法，这取决于你，意识到这一点是非常重要的。你经常会遇到观点与你不一样的人，很重要的一点是，你不能因此评判别人。

You realize that in order to obtainsuccess, you must be open minded and willing to accept different ideas or newcircumstances. Not to mention, you are willing to hand over tasks, to those whoyou trust will do a better job than you can.

你知道，为了获得成功，你必须保持心胸开阔，你必须愿意接受不同的观点，接受新的环境。更不用说，你愿意把任务交给别人，交给那些你相信能够做得比你好的人。
