You determine the outcome of your life

We live in a world that we want to be as comfortable as wecan. Our whole life is set up in the path of least resistance. We don't want tosuffer. We don't want to feel discomfort.

我们活在一个人人都想过得安逸的世界里，我们希望生活中没有丝毫的阻力和挫折。我们不想跳出舒适区去受苦，我们不想让自己太累。

We need to embrace the fact that it's not hard to avoid it,that other people can be casual if they want to. But they will know somethingabout you by the way you come in.

我们必须承认一个事实，那就是，要避免挫折并不难，如果人们想避免，随随便便就可以做到。但是，当他们见到你的时候，你身上某种特殊的气质会让他们觉得你与众不同。

Most people aren't walking like this. Most people are justdragging along. Seeing life, you're either in the way or on the way. You don'twant to be casual like that.

人生路上，大多数人都是拖拖拉拉地走着，漫不经心。而人生是这样的，你要么停住不动，要么往前走。你不能这样吊儿郎当的。

The people who realize that it's you. That you're going todetermine this. You're going to determine the outcome of your life. You'regoing to determine whether your life is exciting or whether or not it's boring.You determine that.

人们会知道你和普通人不一样。你能把握自己的生活，你的人生你做主。你的人生是充满惊喜的还是乏味无聊的，这将取决于你。没错，取决于你。

And those people who know that, they move with a sense ofurgency. They move with purpose and direction. They work and they manage theirtime effectively.

意识到这一点的人们，他们会带着紧迫感前进。他们有追求，目标坚定。他们努力工作，并高效地管理自己的时间。
