操作流程：�(1）将单词或词组卡片贴在黑板上或是将单词或词组写在黑板上。�（2）教师随机朗读单词或词组，学生用指挥棒迅速指向所听到的单词或词组，谁能抢先指到正确的单词或词组的为胜方，这样就可以达到在很短的时间内对新单词或词组进行有效操练的目的。

英文案例示范：�my dear class,here are some words on the blackboard ,when I read a word ,you should touch the word as quickly as possible.now i want 2 voluteers ,so who want to come to the front and play the game!
