First of all,

what's the point

if u're not having fun?

首先，

Are there any particular subjects

u're interested in?

你有沒有感興趣的話題？

Do u have any hobbies?

有啥愛好咩？

U could learn new words

by doing some research online

and reading about it.

你可以上網搜尋有興趣的文章來讀，

藉此學習新的詞彙。

Q: 如果你不喜歡閱讀呢？

If u don't like reading,

try listening to songs and

looking up the lyrics

or watching a movie u like with the subtitles.

如果你不喜歡閱讀，那也可以聽歌，

查查歌詞的意思，

或搭配字幕看一部你喜歡的電影。

U could also try word game apps

to help u with new words.

你也可以試著用單詞 APP

來幫助自己學習新單詞。

The important thing here is to have fun.

重點是你要覺得好玩、有趣。

Don't you hate it

when u discover a new word

and u forget it when u want to use it?

當你學到一個新單詞，

但要用時

One way to help u remember the new words

is to keep a word journal.

記住新單詞的方法就是寫單詞日記。

This can be on ur phone

or a notebook if u prefer.

你可以依自己的喜好

選擇要記在手機或本本上。

To help u remember,

write down the meaning,

pronunciation

and an example sentence

that makes sense to u.

為了幫助自己記憶，

你要寫下單詞的意思、

發音

和對你來說有意義的例句。

If u use a dictionary app,

u could add a link

or post a picture of the meaning next to it.

如果你是用字典的 APP，

也可以在旁邊配上鏈接或圖片。

make sure u use it,

to use the new word while speaking.

If u don't have anyone to talk in English with,

don't worry:

u can still use the new word

in writing somewhere.

It could be in a social media post

or a personal journal.
