She is  她是 = she's

It is    它是 = it's

We are 我们是=we're

You are 你们是=you're

They are 他们是=they're

eg. 陈述句：You're in my class.

           He's over there.

           It's my math book.

   疑问句：

           Are you Chris?

           Yes, I am.

           No, I'm not.

           Are you hungry?
