把外语学到极致的人--同声传译员simultaneous interpreter。听说同传专业的课程要先从母语开始锻炼，跟着新闻联播跟读，然后练习其他语言的跟读，每天坚持15分钟以上，而且保证不错1个字，而这，只是同传学习的第一步。

实际工作过程也非常高难度，同声传译一句话翻译完，一般与原话说完仅隔3秒钟，这可不是件容易的事。同声传译时，戴着耳机的同声传译员紧盯发言者的口形，凝神细听讲话内容，还要进行笔录，要在瞬间译成汉语，传递给戴耳机的听众。耳听、眼看、手记、嘴说几乎在同一时间进行，同声传译员有时被戏称为“精神分裂者”。
