今日绘本：When Sophie Gets Angry《菲菲生气了》
《菲菲生气了》荣获2000年美国凯迪克银奖，同时获得夏洛特·佐罗托夫金奖，是一本著名的幼儿情绪管理绘本。
这个故事的重心与特色，是将情绪状态以直观的画面形式呈现，作为主角的孩子是整个情绪处理的主控者。故事中的菲菲先是以肢体动作表达愤怒，进而躲进自己的世界，渲泄悲伤、渐渐缓和、最终恢复平静。
