背景拓展：

网络医生的争议其实在中美都有，但线下的医疗体系中美差异还是挺大的。一般美国家庭都有固定的家庭医生family doctor，负责日常保健预防工作；专科疾病则去跑专业诊所 clinic；只有大病或者急病才会去医院看诊。平常时候，人们与自己的家庭医生打交道较多，有些家庭医生会为一个家庭服务十几年以上，关系也比较融洽。即使觉得家庭医生水平不好，也可以更换。

在美国看病，一般都是先看病后付钱，有些账单是寄到病患家中，医生不直接谈钱。如果病人对账单的金额有疑问或者无力支付账单pay the bill，可以与医院方面协商，要求打折或者采取分期付款的形式，实在付不起，医院也会找政府买单。此外，一般美国人看病都有医保medical insurance，保险覆盖范围的不同，医生要做什么检查项目，病人会问过保险公司的意见再决定。
