背景：里面一共有2个人物,分别是Y品牌开发部门的Frank和Sarah。Frank和Sarah讨论产品定价问题。

纯英文对话示例

Frank: Now I think it is the right time to discuss about the price for the new product.

Sarah: Yup. I think there are two things to be considered when we set price for a new product. The first thing to be taken into account is the cost, because material cost is the basis of the product. Since we produce a certain product for profit, the selling price is bound to be higher than the cost. Secondly, we need to consider who the consumer is. It means that we need to think about the consumer positioning in advance. For example, different people in different age groups can accept different price levels.

Frank: I quite agree with you. Besides what you mentioned, competitor's entering cannot be ignored. A buyer's decision may depends on competitor's price and a lower price may be effective to discourage the competitors to enter the market very quickly.

Sarah: Absolutely. I've just thought that except the material cost, we also need to think ahead to transportation cost and advertising cost.

Frank: I quite agree with you. 我非常赞同。Besides what you mentioned, competitor's entering cannot be ignored. 除了你所提到的，竞争者的进入也不可忽视。A buyer's decision may depends on competitor's price and a lower price may be effective to discourage the competitors to enter the market very quickly. 一个买家的决定很可能会根据竞争对手的价格，并且较低的价格也许会有效阻止竞争对手过快地进入市场。
