二、用法

1、body的基本意思是“身体”“躯袭李友体”“躯干部”,强调的是人相对于soul, mind, spirit的躯体,而不是人或健康状况,是可数名词。

2、body表示“躯体”除用于人或动物外，还可用于车身、船身、机身、正文、主体等。

3、body引申可表示“肉体”,侧重于它的工具性,即“把身体作为…”。

其实微课程（microlecture）这个术语并不是指为微型教学而开发的微内容，而是运用建构主义方法化成的、以在线学习或移动学习为目的的实际教学内容。微课程具有完整的教学设计环节，包含课程设计、开发、实施、评价等环节。
总的来说，微课程的方法是运用建构主义方法；其理论为：课程设计、开发、实施、评价

微课一般指采用录制课的形式，将教学内容碎片化的数字信息资源。通俗一点讲就是将课堂内容录制成视频，老师可以出镜也可以不出镜，学生可以自主选择录制课进行观看学习，摆脱上课的时间限制。
