上锁挂牌的步骤 the Lockout/Tagout steps

   步骤1-准备关闭设备。识别能源类型（电、机械…）和它潜在的危险。放好隔离装置并准备关闭能源。

  步骤2 – 通知可能因设备隔离受影响的人员。

  步骤3-履行设备的关闭。

  步骤4 – 将设备与能源隔离

  步骤5-进行上锁挂牌，确保无人可以打开开关或阀。以警告标签防止意外操作。

  步骤6-释放储存的能量并检查设备的隔离。

  步骤7-检查设备已经被正确隔离

4.3描述上锁挂牌解锁的步骤 the Lockout/Tagout release steps

步骤1-检查所有维修工具已经拿开，设备保护装置已到位。

步骤2 – 清点人员。

步骤3-解除上锁/挂牌。

步骤4 – 通知受影响的员工上锁/挂牌已经移除。

步骤5-恢复能源供应。

Step1 – Takeaway the repair tools, and replace the guarding

Step2 –Check for employees

Step3 –Remove LOTO

Step4 –Communicate with affected employees

4.4 安全锁异常故障时的处理程序 the special actionprocedure when the Lockout/Tagout failure

如有上锁挂签的人员不在现场或没有钥匙时，拆锁应满足以下两个条件之一：

1.     与锁的所有人联系并取得其核准

2.     单位主管确认下述内容后方可拆锁：

Ø  确知上锁的理由

Ø  确知目前工作状况

Ø  检查过相关设备

Ø  确知解除该锁及标签是安全的

Ø  在该员工回到岗位，告知其本人

Ifyou have locked the personnel of labeling the absence or didn't have a key,open the lock should meet the following two conditions one:

1.And all the people of the lock contact and obtain the approval

2.Department supervisor should confirm the listed iterm:

Ø  Know precisely the reason of locking

Ø  Knowing current working conditions

Ø  Checked related equipment

Ø  Knowing remove the lock and label is safe

Ø  When the employee back to the post, told him.
